About the tour
The UK Creative Tour brings together a variety of carefully selected educational activities in art and design, music, literature, theatre and performing arts. Students will participate in detailed and focused workshops which explore the language used by famous authors, poets and playwrights, in addition to learning dance routines and stage combat techniques from West End professionals. Through professional guided tours at top UK galleries, students will learn about the stories, meaning and processes behind the artists' works and apply that inspiration in hands-on workshops that explore a range of techniques from screenprinting and life drawing to photography and mixed media. After experiencing what goes on backstage at a West End theatre, students will enjoy a Q & A session with professional performers and take in a West End show of your choosing. Finally, students will have the opportunity to tour the Royal Academy of Music Museum and even produce their own music using Logic Pro X at the London Symphony Orchestra workshop.
